The project:
Overview
A fast-tracked website redesign that delivered 87% time spent on page improvement while meeting ambitious executive deadlines through strategic design decisions and rapid team execution.
The current landing page was simple with two buttons to click to go into Residential or Commercial. Important links were hidden.
Problem:
Re-imagine the current www.lennox.com webpage to better optimize the content while keeping 1-click access to Residential and Commercial.

The design
I developed a site map for Lennox supporting homeowners, dealers, employees, and investors, while organizing key corporate sections. A core priority was preserving one-click access to Residential and Commercial pathways within a streamlined, scalable structure.
Sitemap
It's a structured scheme that outlines the pages and content hierarchy of the website.
Next step: creating the website map. Initially structure of the project was less complicated, contained less services and sections, etc,. But the goal was to make it as robust as possible without cognitive overload.

Refining design
Mockups
These are high-fidelity designs that represent a final product
My team created all the website pages mockups, incorporating the right design elements such as typography, color, and iconography. I personally included captivating and visually appealing images.
The goal was to demonstrate the final Lennox website in as much detail as possible.

Looking forward:
Outcome

61% improved page load speeds
34% increase in lead generation
77% bounce rate reduction
Impact:
High-impact decisions over perfect process drive strong outcomes, especially on tight timelines. Distinct pathways are essential for B2B and B2C users, and a customer support background sharpens empathy and speeds better design decisions.
